Reasons for Refund

  • Order Cancellation: You can request a full refund if you cancel your order before the restaurant starts preparing it.
  • Missing or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives missing items or contains incorrect items compared to what you ordered, you are eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the severity of the mistake.
  • Late Delivery: If your order arrives significantly later than the estimated delivery time provided at checkout, you may be eligible for a partial refund. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
  • Damaged Food: If your food arrives damaged or inedible due to mishandling during delivery, you are eligible for a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact TapawFood customer service through the following methods:

  • In-App Support: Go to the "Help" section in the TapawFood app and submit a request with details of your issue.
  • Email: Send an email to [email protected] explaining the reason for your refund request and include your order number.

What We Need From You

To expedite the refund process, please provide the following information in your request:

  • Your name and phone number
  • Your TapawFood order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Any photos or evidence supporting your claim (e.g., picture of missing items, damaged food)

Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request, we will investigate the issue and respond to you within 2 business days. If your refund is approved, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • We cannot offer refunds for orders that are cancelled after the restaurant has begun preparing the food.
  • We cannot offer refunds for minor delays in delivery, especially during peak hours.
  • Refunds will not be granted for any dissatisfaction with the taste or quality of the food itself, as this is subjective and depends on the restaurant.
